In actual production, due to improper operation of routine maintenance of the inspection is comprehensive, there will be frequent jump and improper start and stop etc. This article introduces the reason and solusion of vibrating feeder body imbalance, power off frequently and improper start and stop.
Vibrating feeder’s body is not balanced
Vibrating feeder in practical applications, due to a longer boot time, prone to wear wire rope, resulting in vibrating feeder body imbalance, which will cause the relative movement from the body parts, such as feeder beams, side panels and other steel components of the elastic movement of the material to the feeding tank floor and the coil spring vibration collision etc., will cause the feeding machine running noise; In addition, due to unbalanced vibration feeder body, the material in the feeding process is more partial, feeding uneven, and even cause equipment damage.
Solution: Strengthen the vibration feeder daily inspection, do a regular maintenance of the vibration feeder to ensure that the vibrating feeder parts work properly. In the production process, operator should inspect the equipment conscientiously and find out the problems in time to prevent equipment damage.
Vibrating feeder power off frequently
First, the operators start and stop GZ feeder frequently , continuous start equipment, start current is larger, resulting in vibrating feeder hopping;
Second, the vibrating feeder feed tank with too much material, resulting in a large start load, which easily lead to vibrating feeder hopping;
Third, warehouse material moisture is larger or sticky in the production process, there will be often “Peng” situation, the use of air cannon staff to deal with “cabin”, easy to operate improperly, resulting in an impact to vibrating feeder, resulting in vibrating feeder hopping.
Solution: First, to strengthen the skills training of staff, use air cannon handling “Peng” properly, forbid start and stop equipment frequently; Second, clean the vibrating feeder material in the trough in time, to eliminate overloaded start.
Can not start normally
The winter temperature is low, when the ambient temperature is below 0 ℃, the GZ feeder is easy to “freeze”, resulting in failure to start normally.
Solution: First, when the ambient temperature is below 0 ℃, night shift operate the vibrating feeder every two hours , each 5 minutes to prevent the feeder can not start; early morning temperature is low at 0 ℃, do the same as night shift operate; and then make a record in detail, indicate the time, the operator, to ensure the vibrating feeder work normally.
Second, after the use of vibrating feeder, clear the material in the trough in time to prevent the material from “freezing”, resulting in the vibration feeder unable to start normally.
