Stage 1: Breaking
Graphite is broken by a crusher to a fineness (≤20mm) that can enter the mill.
Stage 2: Grinding
The broken small pieces of graphite are sent to the silo via a lifting machine, and then evenly and quantitatively sent to the grinding chamber of the mill via a vibrating feeder for grinding.
Stage 3: Grading
After grinding, the graphite powder is graded by a separator. Unqualified powder is graded by the separator and returned to the host for re-grinding.
Stage 4: Collecting powder
The powder with fineness follows the air flow and enters the dust collector for separation and collection. The collected finished powder is sent from the conveying device to the finished product silo through the discharge port, and then is uniformly packed with powder tankers or automatic balers.
