Recently, many customers consulted about the manufacturing accuracy of the grinding ring, the lubrication of the grader, the positive pressure of the roller, and other parameters. Today Guilin Hengda briefly introduces several main parameters commonly used in ultrafine grinding mill, hoping to solve your question.

(1) Manufacturing precision of ultrafine grinding ring

As the ultrafine mill works, the grinding ring that rotates with the main shaft is one of the main wearing parts, so the manufacturing accuracy of the grinding ring directly affects the service life of the grinding ring. The key is to control the radial runout and grinding ring of the grinding ring. The heat treatment deformation, radial runout and internal diameter deformation will increase the impact on the roller, vibration, increase the additional load, thereby shortening the life of the grinding roller and grinding ring.

(2) The positive pressure of the ultrafine grinding mill roller and the gap between the grinding roller and the grinding ring

The positive pressure of the ultrafine pulverizer roller is regulated by an external spring. The appropriate spring pressure must be adjusted according to the material’s hardness, particle size, moisture and the fineness of the desired finished product. The gap between the roller and the grinding ring is an important parameter that directly affects the yield and fines content. Generally speaking, the material processed by the user is relatively fixed. In this case, the gap between the grinding roller and the grinding ring should be adjuUltrafine millsted according to the size of the feed material. If the clearance is too large or too small, the yield and fineness will be affected and  increase the vibration of the mill. In addition, after the ultra-fine pulverizer is operated for a certain period of time, the gap between the grinding rollers and the grinding ring gradually increases, and adjustments should be made in time.

(3) Lubrication of ultra-fine pulverizer host and classifier

Ultrafine grinding machine and classifier are all lubricated with oil. The main shaft and the three grinding roller parts of the main unit are externally provided with lubricant tanks. All the bearings are immersed in the lubricant to achieve reliable lubrication and cooling. The user can observe the level of the oil level on the tank and fill the oil in time as required.
