In the production of the raymond mill, it depends on the electric energy to start, so the magnitude of the current is related to the start-up process of the machine. If the current value meets the start-up requirements, then the machine can start smoothly, and if the current value is too small, it cannot smoothly start up; if the current value is too large, the motor may be burnt, so the choice of current value is very important, and the current value problem not only exists in the start-up phase of the raymond mill, but also in the process of use. One of the effects is the phenomenon of the rise of the host current. Here is the reason for this phenomenon.

1.When the raymond mill is working, the feed is too much, and the excessive feed will cause an increase in the working load of the equipment. At this time, the energy consumption of the machine will increase, so the required power is increased, then the  currentof the host will rise, and if the feed is too much at one time, it will easily cause the material in the grinding machine to clog. Especially when the humidity of the feed is large, the blockage will be more serious. At this time, the workloadof the raymond mill host increases instantaneously and the current increases accordingly.

2.If the temperature of the material added to the raymond mill is higher, it will also cause the rise of the host current, whichbecause the grinding chamber of the machine is sealed, and the temperature of the material being fed is too high, which will cause the temperature in the grinding chamber ascending, in addition to the grinding process, the friction between the grinding roller and the grinding ring will generate a certain amount of heat, which will increase the pressure in the grinding chamber, thereby increasing the working load of the main machine and increasing the current.

After introducing the reason for the increase of the current of the raymond mill main engine, let us introduce the solution. According to the cause, the solution to this phenomenon is to control the feed rate and the feed temperature, or to increase the discharge port the size or opening of the large air duct valve to reduce the workload of the host, so that the host current is kept within the normal range.
