1.Low moisture content
In this case, it’s easy to grind the material for the raymond mill. Due to the small moisture content, it’s not easy to plug and easy to sieve. So the production process is relatively smooth and the efficiency of the mill is high, this is a better situation and is conducive to the production.
2.High moisture content
When the moisture content is high, the ground material tends to adhere to the grinding roll ring and the liner. This time, the performance of these parts will be reduced and the production efficiency will be reduced. This will also cause the phenomenon of increased wear. In addition, when the moisture content is large, if the air volume of the blower in the pulverizer is small, the material cannot be blown to float and if turn up air volume of the blower, the unground material may float up together. The powder adhering to the analyzer will cause the material driven by the circulating air to flow into the air channel to also block the air channel. Because the grinding chamber is not well ventilated and heat-dissipated, the internal temperature will increase, which will reduce the working efficiency of the motor, it’s bad for the grinding production.
For the above phenomenon, if it is found earlier, we can turn off the machine in time, which can reduce the impact on the production of the mill, if not, will cause the high temperature, burn out motors, as well as internal parts, which will increased maintenance costs.
