Raymond mill is a common grinding equipment, mainly used for Mohs hardness less than 6, humidity is below 6%, non-flammable and explosive minerals, chemicals, construction and other industries more than 280 kinds of materials powder processing. Such as barite, calcite, potassium feldspar, talc, marble, limestone, dolomite, fluorite, lime, activated clay, activated carbon, bentonite, kaolin, cement, phosphate rock , gypsum, glass, bluestone, petroleum coke, chemical raw material insulation materials etc.
Raymond mill will have some problems after a long time of use. Guilin Hengda Mining Machinery Co., Ltd is a professional grinding equipment manufacturer with more than 10 years experience, which gives relevant solutions to this.
1.Causes of bearing damage: Long-term lack of maintenance and cleaning can not work properly during use, oil cut or seal ring damage, which if the lack of oil may cause the reducer can’t work properly, resulting in Raymond mill can not be used normally.
Solution: Regularly clean, replace the oil seal, check whether the oil seal is sealed; refuel in time according to the specified time, using high quality engine oil or butter.
2.Causes of transmission device and the classifier oil tank heat: the oil viscosity is large and the oil is thick, and the thread pump oil cannot be driven up, so that the upper bearing lacks oil.
Solution: Check the running direction of the classifier. If the running direction is wrong, the material may not be discharged. Check whether the oil grade and viscosity match the requirements.
3.Causes of fan vibration: The loose ground bolts cause the foundation to be unstable, vibration may occur, and powder or wear on the blades may be unbalanced.
Solution: Tighten the anchor bolts to reinforce the foundation of the Raymond mill. Remove blade build-up or replace blades. Only normal analysis of the abnormal wear of the Raymond grinding ring can make the Raymond mill work normally. Because the machinery industry is a large-scale mechanical equipment, so we must pay attention to safety when operating the Raymond mill.
