The Raymond Mill produces vibrations for the following reasons:
First, the impact of the grinding roller on the grinding ring; the feeding should be uniform, and the empty load operation should be avoided as much as possible.
Second, the host part may not be tightly fixed, and the anchor bolts are loosened; check whether each connection is fixed in place before working.
Third, Raymond Mill main bearing gap is large, resulting in plum swing.
Forth, the analysis of the blade imbalance; See if the blade is complete, some manufacturers in order to save time and save costs, the blade is not debugging to install.
Fifth, the installation is uneven; in the installation process, with the spirit level correction as much as possible .
Sixth, The material in the volute is clogged; some materials are too wet and tend to stick together at the damper, resulting in poor air intake and vibration. Always remove the blocking material inside.
